  The time is as described and came well packed, but not sent by the shipper as shown in Tracking till after it got here. It is still not shown as delivered though it has been here several hours! Too much like the time I tried calling my parents only to be told that no such place existed - when I'd left there 5 hrs earlier!

  DVD set and case and accompanying book arrived in the described like new condition, which surprises me because the items were mailed in a too large thin plastic envelope which contained no bubble wrap. The items arrived in perfect condition but could have been severely damaged in transit.
