I paid for a chair that apparently was shipped (both husband and I were home and nothing was delivered, we checked cameras and nothing) I opened a returns request and seller asked me to close it as they need time to rectify the situation etc… I did so and I haven’t heard a single thing back and now I can not contact eBay because request has been closed

It did not arrive because they've actually used a stolen credit card to purchase from a vendor my company deals with!
