    Although you shipped the knife block in a sturdy thick cardboard box, and also wrapped it in bubble wrap, it arrived with a chip out of the rear bottom corner. I decided to keep the knife block because the chip is in the rear and isn't that noticeable. The post office must have done something weird to cause this to happen. Anyway, thanks for all your efforts in packaging the block securely.
