    DVDs were carefully wrapped in bubblewrap for extra protection and arrived in better condition than described. Packaged arrived 2 days later than delivery date but that was through no fault of the seller, all down to Australia Post held up in local mail centre. Great communication with the seller and questions responded to quickly. Overall experience was excellent and I highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy from this seller.

    Initially, I was feeling buyer's remorse. I'm happy to pay extra if it means I'll get a game in great condition and careful packaging. Got neither with package turning up damaged which is rare. Bare bones packaging with no additional protection. Item didn't match quality description so I was disappointed considering amount I spent. Requested a refund and seller's track record responding didn't look good. However surprised they honoured my request. Made the experience less painful. Appreciate it.
