When the package arrived instead of it containing the vintage magazine I'd purchased, I'd been sent an old record album. eBay fully refunded me but I'm out the money for customs/duty/taxes. More importantly though, I really wanted the magazine and had hoped the seller had some more pieces from my wishlist. Not the end of the world but disappointing.
Follow-up from: i***a- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.
Well, if I could delete my previous comment, I certainly would. Out of the blue this seller got back to me and apologized for the loss. They acknowledged a mix-up had occurred and that they were going to try to see if it could be corrected. I don't think anything can really be done at this stage but I'm so happy to hear it was an honest mistake and that the seller wanted to make things right. If any potential buyers are reading this, please ignore my previous negative comment.
