Image quality is great for 4 MP with adjustable bitrate and the PC & Android software worked seamlessly with plenty of great features. This item shipped in a cardboard box in a black heatshrink shipping bag and arrived without any damage or tears. Great improvement as previously received other items in a grey loose (non-heatshink) poly bag which tore easily.
