      I purchased a camera from this seller, but to my dismay, it arrived in a completely different color than what I ordered. Additionally, I found over 50 photos left on the device from the previous owner, which should have been deleted. Given that I spent over $200, I expected it to arrive in the correct color and free of any previous owner's content—this should be the bare minimum. When I reached out to the seller about this issue, they merely offered a $10 refund on my $200+ purchase.
