The fan rattled pretty bad which was never mentioned, so I took it apart to replace it only to find it was full of black gunk build up. After a good clean, repaste, new thermal pads, and a new fan, the card runs really well. Temps went from in the 80s needing to be downclocked to now running at 100% in the mid 60s. The price was good though, so can't complain too much.
