6 of the 7 cars arrived in great shape. However, 1 car, not so well. The base of the car was broken in 3 pieces making the car unsalvageable. I sent a message to the seller who initially stated "he had no control over the issue". I responded that this was a packaging misstep in that the 7 cars were stuffed inside a box without adequate separation and packing material. It was that which caused "shock damage" to the 1 car. I requested a credit for the 1 car which the seller honored and refunded
