    This might be the worst experience I have ever had on eBay, and I have been a member since 2005. Item arrived in a very damaged box, because there was not proper amount of packing material. In description the seller stated "like new" however the item was missing the additional mini ornament which was not stated in the description and the bottom was missing some of the leveling pieces causing it to wobble. Lastly the wax dish was not in the box seller stated they shipped it 11 days ago ???

    Condition of box is not my fault - contact shipper for that. It was packaged fine because item was intact. It is used but in excellent condition. Regarding the leveling pieces on bottom, it only came with 2. Wax dish was sent in a separate package which buyer knew about. I also offered buyer to return item - which he denied. So he must have liked it to want to keep it! Other sellers, beware!!!

    Surprisingly came in one piece despite the fact it was poorly packaged. Thankfully not broken. Also has some dried wax by the switch which was not mentioned. But overall still happy because it is not broken and works.

    Item was packaged securely, as it did not break. Item was cleaned before shipping out. But as stated in listing, it was used.
