    The seller sent a totally different item than what I purchased. When I contacted him he wanted pictures. I sent the pictures and he confirmed that he sent the wrong item. He said he would send the correct item. I then clarified that it would come with the power cord because the wrong item did not even include the cord. He then responded that I would have to purchase the power cord separately. He is a total scammer!

    What I had listed was a used modem. As I told you the cord would have to be purchased separately and when you requested a refund I sent it to you. I’m not sure what else I could have done differently. Please take time to read the descriptions of what you are purchasing . Thank you
