    Gets the job done.

    As the title says it gets the job done. I like a large cup of coffee and in order to get a large cup I must brew two smaller cups. I find this annoying . It takes extra time to brew two cups of coffee. I had a more expensive coffee maker but it gave me a lot of trouble and finally wouldn't work. I bought this to use up the k-cups as this is an inexpensive machine. It is fine if you are only looking for one small cup of coffee.

    Doesn’t always work, missing parts.

    This was purchased used to replace the exact model I’ve owned for years. The 2 missing pieces and 1 damaged wasn’t bad because I could replace with my old ones. It doesn’t always work correctly. Comes to a boil but doesn’t run out into cup. I’ll just take the hit on it. Not worth sending back.

    Low-Cost K-Cup Option!

    If you're looking for a "SMART" K-Cup coffee maker option, this item will meet your needs. Since it's not made by "K", you can use "ANY" Cup you'd like! I myself, refuse to be "TOLD" by "K", what Cups, my machine is "ALLOWED" to use . . . The Flex-Brew, is a Coffee Maker for the "People", not a Coffee Maker for those "Loyal" "K'ers" . . . Ok, I just brewed another "Dollar Store" 25 cent "Non-K" cup . . . Gotta Go . . .

    Not As Advertised

    This item was advertised as brand new but arrived in the original box taped up and there was a comedy central sticker stuck over the Hamilton Beach logo on the front of the coffee maker. Clearly this was either a used item or refurbished. It seems to work fine thus far.

    Great Gift

    I bought Two of these great units one for my Son and his Wife and they are extremely happy with the Coffee Maker. And the other one I bought for my Sister for her Birthday and she really like it. It makes K-cup teas very easy. I recommend it for Gift every day use great Item.
