As a result the item was significantly damaged. Fortunately the seller was quick to respond and offered a fair partial refund. I was able to get it running again and repaired a fair bit of the damaged components, not perfect, but enough to where I am satisfied. Hopefully it was just a one off fluke with packaging. I will give them another try someday.

Based on the description from the seller I was expecting some missing parts; however, after looking over the contents I found that the most important parts are there, so I am very pleased with that. The item was packaged very securely, and in fact it was difficult to open. LOL! That's not a criticism. The seller took great care in making sure the item was secure, and no damage would come to it. The original box was in good shape.
