Communication was prompt and excellent with the seller. Globalexpress tracking not in real time, but once the courier was here, he made a courtesy call and carried ebike downstairs. The bike only took 1 hour to finish the assembly. The bike is in excellent condition, is excellent value for money, great quality and looks great! Lots of compliants already.

I was able to correct this with some effort. Front tire was deflated but inflated without issue. The bike is as described and looks good assembled. Have rode it for 10km and found it performs well and is suited to purpose so good value. The one issue I have currently is working out how to turn the lights on. Minor point but some info on the controls would have been helpful.

It was easy to put together. The chain looks a little on the cheap side and will be replaced and the rear frame pivot is squeaky suggesting little to no grease during assembly which I will investigate further but otherwise it appears to be quite well made and good value for money. The thing goes like a rocket and so far have done 29kms and still have half a battery.
