- 3***l (545)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseLovely little bike and my granddaughter absolutely loved it The only slight nag is that the spanner that came with it is quite big and made it slightly awkward to use, would of been better to have a smaller spanner so it would be easier to use Wish you did this for an older child ( 7-8 years old ) as my other granddaughter is extremely jealous of her sister’s bike and now wants one too Would 100% recommend this, the basket could also have better straps, the velcro doesn’t stay attached

The item arrived quickly but was a blue frozen bike not in the advert. I messaged them with photos & when they replied 3 days later there was no apology & they stated it was the correct bike they had sent despite my photos but that I could return for refund if not happy. I kept the bike as would have been more hassle, but not happy about it being wrongly advertised, they haven't bothered to reply since!
