Seller listed the Toto bidet as new but when the box arrived the internal packaging was opened and there was water in the lines….come to find out later that the bidet also has an internal leak due to a cracked solenoid. Seller kept claiming that the item was inspected and in new condition but was obviously just trying to sell something that was used and broken. Horrible experience….
