    This machine didn't arrive when stated and it was only picked up from them on the day it should have arrived which meant i needed to arrange more time off work, I responded by messaging the seller, I had great customer service from them and they've promised a full refund which I appreciate as there was a missing part plus it desperately needed a service and was full of debris so was totally unfit for use.
