Seller accidentally sent Disc 2 of Resident Evil Zero (discs look incredibly similar and I didn't even notice on the pictures they provided). Once I got the game I noticed the mix up and seller immediately responded to my messages and sent me the correct disc today later that day. Highly recommended!!!

I expected just a CIB game in a mailer, instead what I got was the game as described, in a bubble mailer, wrapped in a little hand made card board sleeve, the game case itself in a plastic sleeve ( the kind you'll get from game stop "resealing" an opened new game), a sweet little note on an electric energy pokemon card, and a lil plastic pikachu coin. I never expect that kind of personal touch, but i appriciate it.
