Decía que estaba desbloqueado sin embargo me llegó con bloqueo de la compañía telefónica pero El vendedor me resolvió el problema de manera bastante pronta

I suspect it was broken because of the carrier; it happens, and the seller is not to blame for this. Your local parcel distribution center is. KANAU rectified the issue and made sure I was taken care of after the shipping mishap, which I have to reiterate was the carrier's negligence, not KANAU. Class act for working with the customer from beginning to end, would still recommend!
