    Eat well and nourish your body and spirit the Chinese way.

    It's always fascinating to read about other cultures' approach to food and health. This book is a gem ---full of old recipes and practical advice of where to buy the ingredients and what to look for in them. I like the accent on family and healing and delicious food. It's a nourishing book with nourishing recipes. Thank you!
