  • Learn About Bettie

Great book! I watched a vlog about Bettie and wanted to learn more. This is easily the book to do that. It goes through her entire life up to the early 90’s during the resurgence of her popularity. I was fascinated with Bettie and the book only heightened that fascination. I couldn’t put it down! The only disadvantage the author has is that the only interaction he has with Bettie herself, is a short written letter she wrote to him. Otherwise, all of the facts in the book are known knowledge or stories from the people that personally knew Bettie. However, the author does a great job digging deep to find the facts of what happened during Bettie’s lost years. With that said, another great companion with this book is Bettie Page: The Lost Years by Tori Rodriquez, with photos supplied by Bettie’s nephew himself. If you’re a new fan of Bettie, like myself, or just looking for more information about Bettie herself, these books can’t be missed! Must reads for any Bettie Page fan!
