Reviews
Praise for The Unmaking of June Farrow "A must-read for fans of V. E. Schwab's The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue , who will be drawn into Young's deeply emotional story of self-discovery, family, and love." -- Booklist, starred review "Young once again blends mystery, magic, and romance in a story that spans time. . . . [A] seamlessly blended story that is enhanced by the well-crafted setting and nicely drawn characters. Readers who enjoyed Weyward by Emilia Hart will find much to love here." -- Library Journal "The relationship between June and Eamon is touching and the mystery intriguing and suspenseful. Readers will root for June as she tries to find where she belongs." -- Publishers Weekly Praise for Spells for Forgetting "Lush with secrets, magic, and a past that won't stay where it belongs, this novel is (quite fittingly) spellbinding." --Jodi Picoult, New York Times bestselling co-author of Mad Honey "With magic, murder, and prose that reads like music, Spells for Forgetting weaves together an immersive tale on the Pacific Coast island of Saoirse, where love and pain both stick to the bone. . . . A novel that will surely stick with me for many years to come, too." --Chandler Baker, New York Time s bestselling author of The Husbands "A thrilling, rich mystery with exquisite twists, Adrienne Young's adult debut will trick you, bewitch you, and leave you begging for more." --Stephanie Garber, author of the Caraval series "Tense, lyrical, and wholly romantic, Spells for Forgetting is as immersive a story as you could ask for. I could feel the salt on my skin, I could smell the smoke, and every page felt like a tentative step into a mist concealing all of Saoirse's darkest secrets." --Ohioana Book Award finalist Ruth Emmie Lang "With quiet magic like wind on a spooky autumn evening, Spells for Forgetting is so atmospheric it will leave you breathless. Adrienne Young's exquisite prose blends slow-burn romance and intense mystery into a beautiful, twisty gem of a novel. You won't want to miss this one." --Sarah Addison Allen, New York Times bestselling author of Garden Spells

Synopsis
NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER * A woman risks everything to end her family's centuries-old curse, solve her mother's disappearance, and find love in this mesmerizing novel from the author of Spells for Forgetting . "Come for the fresh twist on time travel; stay for the love story."-- Good Housekeeping A GOOD HOUSEKEEPING AND SHE READS BEST BOOK OF THE YEAR In the small mountain town of Jasper, North Carolina, June Farrow is waiting for fate to find her. The Farrow women are known for their thriving flower farm--and the mysterious curse that has plagued their family line. The whole town remembers the madness that led to Susanna Farrow's disappearance, leaving June to be raised by her grandmother and haunted by rumors. It's been a year since June started seeing and hearing things that weren't there. Faint wind chimes, a voice calling her name, and a mysterious door appearing out of nowhere--the signs of what June always knew was coming. But June is determined to end the curse once and for all, even if she must sacrifice finding love and having a family of her own. After her grandmother's death, June discovers a series of cryptic clues regarding her mother's decades-old disappearance, except they only lead to more questions. But could the door she once assumed was a hallucination be the answer she's been searching for? The next time it appears, June realizes she can touch it and walk past the threshold. And when she does, she embarks on a journey that will not only change both the past and the future, but also uncover the lingering mysteries of her small town and entangle her heart in an epic star-crossed love. With The Unmaking of June Farrow, Adrienne Young delivers a brilliant novel of romance, mystery, and a touch of the impossible--a story you will never forget.

Good seller, shipped fast. Little problem with the box it was shipped in. It was packed with these books & 2 others & had come open in shipping. The Post Office put some heavy white tape to hold it together & there was small damage to some of the items, not anything to really complain about. I wanted all these items & I appreciate the discount that was given. Will buy from again & tell the Shipping Dept. to be careful about over-loading the box. Blessings.
