    Shipped and arrived promptly, as described, and for an unbeatable price. The seller did put the rudder pedal box into a larger cardboard box to conceal the contents, but there wasn't any padding in either box, so the pedals were just kinda bouncing around loose in there. Fortunately, it's a durable product and there was no damage, but some crumpled up butcher's paper would have gone a long way.

    The product is defective. In spite of there being no external damage, the potentiometer for the rudder axis is either defective or installed incorrectly, leading to a permanent 30% input on one side. This cannot be fixed with Windows calibration or using the company's drivers.

    Worth it

    I LOVE this machine. It is fully automatic, making my morning much quicker, easier, and cleaner. The only complaint I have is that the machine often thinks it is "full" or needs cleaned out more than it really does and the machine is quite large and heavy. Cleaning it is super quick and easy, though, and the look of the machine is high quality. I had a Mr. Coffee before this and the quality of this machine is much higher. The espresso tastes almost just like Starbucks, which is exactly what I had hoped for. It is pricey, but I will save money in the long run by making my own mochas.

    Great machine!

    Owned this machine (older version) for 15+ years and this is the newer model that is just as good. They need regular maintenance to keep them running well and with a few basic mechanical skills broken/worn parts can be easily replace that will significantly extend the life of these machines. I use this machine twice a day and it's great for guest too who like different types of coffee without having to make pots of drip coffee.

    Quality coffee at home

    Not the easiest to figure out, watched You Tube videos many times and it is easy now. Disappointed it does not make a mug of coffee, just espresso sized tubs, so a mug take to go arounds. The finally blended beans makes the coffee taste much better.

    Fantastic Machine

    This machine is incredible. We had the older version but didn’t bring it when we came to the US so purchased the new version here. Super impressed as usual with Delonghi - the machine is easy to use and the freshly ground coffee makes an incredible cup of coffee. Way better than a pod machine with stale coffee, it’s like having your own coffee shop at home! Well worth the “investment” if you buy coffee out daily! The only thing we have noticed is that it is rather loud - you get used to you but it can surprise you when it stArts up. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking for a bean to cup machine.

    DeLonghi is the best brand

    I did a lot of research on this model before purchasing. This one is easy to program, use, and clean. We can finally retire the 8+ year old one that we never had a problem with or needed a replacement part.
