I did have to contact support which was available at 830 PM PST and together we got units unpaired from previous accounts and set up on my own. The level of service and care has been outstanding! May as a second unit to cover backyard without having to worry about opening fences. Unit is mowing over an acre for me at half the price of a ride on that I'd have to operate!
