    The item was shown in the listing as really good new condition but it arrived completely smashed up inside the usps misused priority mail box they packed inside a polymailer bag while using a lesser shipping method. No damage to the external packaging upon arrival. Seller just said for me to pay for return if I wasn't happy. Then they quit responding. Shipping time was really slow for them being the next state over. I would NEVER recommend or order from this seller again.

    It had been opened & left locking pin was broken. pin locks pad to power control. I can super glue connection when it becomes a problem, so no return necessary but is small black eye.

    THE VERY BEST HEATING PAD

    This heating pad is the BEST pad I have ever purchased. All toll, I have purchased six of these pads for myself and for gifts. I have a lot if back and hip pain and this pad helps me immensely. It is soft and flexible making it so easy to use.
