    Nothing like oem!!

    Had an older xr 70 with an after market carb which worked but they just don't last before the start to fail with today's gas ,the new honda own carb fit the bike perfect just like it should ,I also changed out all the fuel line as well as today gas eats that up quickie as well ,as for price of the oem carb I think it was a little on the highs side but I think that with everything today ,I would highly recommend the honda oem carb.

    Great buy

    I have been having tons of problems with my sons XR70. I did a top end on it as it was smoking like a two stroke and it didnt make any difference! I rebuilt the carb - no difference. I was just about to sell the bike when I found this carb and figured, what the hell, if this doesnt work, ill sell it with a new carb on it. The carb arrived three days early (!!) and I bolted it on and all I had to do was adjust the idle slightly but it fired right up. I went through the carb first to make sure it was set to factory spec, and sure enough it was. I wanted to check it of course just to eliminate guesswork but it was spot on. I dont even need to use the choke! the bike just starts. thanks!
