    CD arrived promptly. Condition as described, New. Seller failed to disclose CD was a cut-out (slipcase and jewel box were damage with saw-cut to the spine). Shipped in media mailer, well packaged. Communication was prompt and courteous, if not as complete and transparent as I would have desired. Overall a positive transaction.

    Wrong. Mark on jewel case was discovered prior to shipment while packaging for shipment, disclosed to the buyer, and full refund offered upon discovery. The buyer agreed that the cut mark was irrelevant and easily missed due to its insignificance, and approved shipment. The buyer was fully aware prior to receiving the product so there was no "failure to disclose". And certainly no need for the snarky comment buried within a positive feedback.
