This laptop was advertised as being sold with no SSD and No OS installed, however it came with a 256gb SSD installed + Windows 10 Pro preinstalled! The seller offered me a full refund, which I greatly appreciated. However, the computer still works and the software was set up well so I was able to get windows 11 home running right out of the box. Everything about my interaction with this seller tells me they are good communicators, care about their customers, and they know their tech well. Highly recommended.
