After 10 days, I sent a message to the seller asking for any update, and they never responded. After several weeks, had to put in a “never received item” request with eBay in order to get a refund. I understand recent times have made international shipping a hassle, but the absolute lack of any response after receiving my money is extremely unprofessional.
