The album's new stereo mix LP is packaged in a faithfully replicated sleeve, with the two Sessions LPs paired in their own jacket, presented with a four-page insert in a lift-top box. Digitally remixed 50th Anniversary edition of The Beatles' musical masterpiece. This Abbey Road release features the new stereo album mix, sourced directly from the original eight-track session tapes. To produce the mix, Giles Martin working with Sam Okell, was guided by the album's original stereo mix supervised by his father, George Martin. It is time to experience Abbey Road again!

    Stacked with excellent alternative takes and surprises this is a classy package of the Beatles smoothest and most satisfying albums in ABBEY ROAD. Amongst the gems are John and Paul’s first take of THE BALLAD OF JOHN AND YOKO , Paul’s COME AND GET IT ( which he did all instruments and mixed in 20 minutes and ‘gave’ to fledgling group BADFINGER) and instrumental version of SOMETHING which truly shows off the incredible string arrangement by George. Martin as well as Harrison’s band demo of the classic that he. did playing all instruments.

    The Beatles again and forever

    A good new remix from the son Giles of the producer of the Beatles George Martin. The outtakes are also very interesting. I had heard some from bootlegs but these ones are very much better. A good purchase!
