The unit was very well packaged, but sadly had a piece broken off. When informed the seller, and showed photos, he very kindly offered me a partial refund which I accepted. The amp works and will need a minor service, but it was exactly as described, as sold as untested. Overall it was very pleasant to deal with the seller, very helpful, great communication, and brilliant customer service. Great eBayer. Highly recommend +++
