    Not a smooth experience. I returned my item for a refund as per the Seller’s instructions although my return was outside the return date, Seller was told this beforehand and had still said he’d refund me. Seller received item & since decided not to refund me, blaming manufacturer (?!) Hadn’t the manners to message me to say so. I received a reply only when I chased the matter up. And no they didn’t refund me just offered to send it back to me! Not great business. Perfect-Mess. Will be avoiding.

    Cheap, and not very chearful

    Sadly this item is made very cheaply. A bit of card with a thin coating to write on. After the first use, cleaned with supplied rubber which took off some of the surface. It wasn't a lot of money but its not worth even that if its made too cheaply to be of any practical use. More plastic waste for the planet!

    Dry wipe board only lasted a few weeks before breaking.

    Bought for my son, but unfortunately didn't last very long, I don't think he was too heavy handed with it. The pens are ok but the A4 dry wipe board is just a piece of cardboard and not very durable. I guess you get what you pay for. If you're looking for something that will last (at least more than a few weeks!) then I suggest you pay extra and get something more rigid.

    Very poor quality and plastic layer scratches easily

    The whiteboard is covered by a very thin layer of plastic, which got scratched incredibly easily within days of using the board. This has made it almost impossible to use. The pen provided also ran out within a couple of days, despite not using it a great deal. Overall not a great whiteboard set - in future I will definitely pay more to get something that lasts longer than a week.

    Low quality, single sider but does the job.

    Only I've sided board with cardboard on the other. You have to remove the film protector before use. Pen included isn't great but also does the job. Build quality is quite low but as long as you take care of it, it should hold up.
