    Yummy desert

    A nice and creamy desert for those of you who may crave for a chocolate fix. Optifast products are definitely more expensive than some other brands, however I do think they are better quality and have a better taste. If you love chocolate try the chocolate bars as well...

    Optifast dessert chocolate

    I have been using Optifast dessert since it arrived on the Australian market. It has got to be a minimum of 10 years. I started using it because although I didn’t mind having a normal breakfast, I didn’t always feel like it . With Optifast I would have it so that I had something nutritious in my stomach as with my job , Nursing ,I never knew if I was going to get a break & it’s quick & easy to prepare. There’s only one thing I would change & that is to go back to the original recipe , this one is too sweet & doesn’t taste or look like chocolate. It’s still better than others Ive tried .

    Best options in the optifast diet are their deserts!!

    Not big on the shakes, the bars you could buy a different brand but these deserts are the best (esp lemon cheesecake), thick and fluffy can freeze to eat as a mousse or as a shake. Awesome flavor.
