This seller uses really professional packaging, there was no worry about shipping damage whatsoever. This laptop was advertised as being sold with no SSD and No OS installed, however it came with a 256gb SSD installed + Windows 10 Pro preinstalled! Not sure if that was intended but it was a nice surprise! Great value, great seller 100% A++!!

Although one nitpick is the packaging, the box was slightly too small with less than 1/4in of bubble wrap around the tablet. I am grateful my delivery workers aren't throwing packages around, this tablet might have not survived free of damage. I plugged it in and it worked no problem.
