Resulting in a bent bell with Horn in repair shope. Offered free shipping, good. But used USPS First Class th slowest choice. Took almost a month to get to me. Communications was very good and most polite and fast. They do not know how to package and ship a musical instrument.

It was well packaged, arrived safely and was delivered on time to my home in Ontario, Canada. The synthesizer is exactly what I hoped for, works perfectly and is in great condition. It was fairly priced and good value. All of my questions were answered before I made the purchase and communication was excellent.
