This is one of the best sellers I have ever worked with in this regard. I had some questions initially about the watch, listed as a restoration, and the seller worked with me on price. Then, when I opened it up, it was in worse shape than either of us anticipated (the seller is not a watchmaker, I am a hobbyist) at which point the seller offered an additional partial refund. Doesn’t get better than that.
