Not recommendable for capacitance.

VC 97 multimeter

About worth its price
It does a good job at measuring Volts and Ampères, but sometimes it needs a little "love" (i.e. turn it off and on again if it does anything weird). The provided marterial is useful, but the case is very small / tight.
