    I ordered and received this item, was as expected, I had a little difficulty installing the item. I contacted the company and was absolutely astonished someone actually answered the phone, I was able to send a photo of the problem I had by text message. They immediately sent me a replacement overnight. Hot Tip, heat the flagpole up a little with a heat gun or hairdryer and drive the adapter in slowly. Worked like a charm. Absolutely awesome customer service and very satisfied with the product.
