have had many vetch phones over the years & had good luck with them & ease of use. this model seems more difficult but have not read directions yet but simple things like redial does not work also does not display name of caller. as previously stated backlit display is very obscure

Phone irks
Ok phone but Lightweight & calls get disconnected if phone is too close to buttons. Phone has to be centered directly on ear to hear conversations.
