    Great set great price

I love my new set, they look great and sound great. They make it super easy to bend notes only downside is they do take a bit more effort and air to blow.

  • Top critical review

Not bad, but not musician quality, more like beginner/kids toy.

I'm not a musical instrument snob, but was a bit disappointed with the quality of these harps. I guess I shouldn't have expected that much for the very good price they are offered at. Really, you would pay more for one good marine band harmonica at a music store, or on ebay. Guess I shouldn't have thought that I could get 7 good harmonicas for less than the price of one...my mistake. If you are just starting out, or want to give it a try without a bigger investment, these wouldn't be bad, but after playing a quality harp, you would not like these.

  • need more effort to achieve something on it

if you are serious on performing harmonica these can be a little difficult special when draw air i saw the hohner name that what attracted me to try it .. but they aren't the same at all .. if you are a young beginner playing harmonica .. these can be good for the money several keys would help you to upgrade in the future .. these need solid strong breath

  • Nothing but junk

Everyone of these cheaply made, plastic, harmonicas has playability issues, i.e., one or more notes that either wouldn’t play at all or would only play with very slight amount of air pressure. Because of the low price point I didn’t expect too much, however, I did expect that they would at least be playable. These are an affront to the Hohner brand and should be discontinued, they are nothing but garbage.

  • Going true blue

Standing there in my socks I opened the box the new piedmont blues would get my reviews. So now I can say they passed my fest fine even when I gave I I this rhyme. The sound , it is bright so said those with me r right thee that night. The tones , they are true, So say I to you. This fine little harp is tops thru and Thru! R.W. Adiss, harmonica player for over 60 years. Now how is that for an evaluation!

  • THE worst harmonicas ever!

THE worst harmonica's I ever played. I wish I could get my money back. the reeds stick. many are off key...just horrible. if you are a professional DO NOT BUY THESE!

  • Great way to have a set in different keys without spending bit money

Pretty decent set if you want to try something other than the G and C harmonicas everyone seems to have. The outer shell on these is plastic, so maybe not the best, but preferable to nothing at all or buying a set that cost 10 times as much. Handy thing to keep around the studio for messing around.

  • Good for the price.

We bought these for our 3 year old nephew that has a love for harmonicas. Obviously, he is not a professional so these will do just fine. The B-flat harmonica is out of tune but over all they are good for the price.

  • Great for the price!

This is a great beginner to intermediate set. Although these feel a little "plasticy" and light weight, they sound rich, deep and clear. I used them for a recording in my studio and the client had no objection as to the quality of the production they were used extensively in.

  • Okay for the price

One has to blow pretty hard on these...perhaps some conditioning will help, but I doubt it. They look nice and should work fine for just messing around at home.....not stage quality
