I contacted them & they were very quick to respond back & promised to check into it. Then I saw another shipping label printed & 2 days later that was in transit, however when I opened the box it was a black gate, not the white one i ordered after waiting all that time. I am not returning it just not worth the aggravation! Gate is quality! Good value for the money.
