This seller uses really professional packaging, there was no worry about shipping damage whatsoever. This laptop was advertised as being sold with no SSD and No OS installed, however it came with a 256gb SSD installed + Windows 10 Pro preinstalled! Not sure if that was intended but it was a nice surprise! Great value, great seller 100% A++!!

Everything about my interaction with this seller tells me they are good communicators, care about their customers, and they know their tech well. Highly recommended.
