      A humorous trip around the globe.

      Richard Scarry books are both educational and really good fun. The illustrations are wonderful, with loads of things going on to pick out and talk about with your child. In Busy World several countries are explored, not in great depth, but with enough detail to pique interest. I recommend them from an early age, once your child is old enough to sit on your knee, until much older - I guarantee you’ll enjoy them too.

      Fantastic Scarry's World 50th anniverary issue

      Bought as a gift for a younger sister who loved the original book almost 50 years ago. The original has long gone and was a second-hand and well worn copy before she received it anyway. Looking at the same beautifully drawn characters, in wonderfully reproduced colour, was a nostalgic experience. For anyone who remembers the original book and doesn't have the spare money to buy one of the rare good quality copies, this is almost as good, and doesn't have any damaged pages or missing bits!

      Still as good after 50 years

      I had this book when I was a child and it was my favourite. I bought a copy for my son when he was little (now 27) and I bought this copy for the young son of a friend and he loves it too. Every time you look at a picture you spot something new. Excellent book.

      A lovely children’s book
