    Horrible experience. Insuf postage caused a 15-day delayed shipping. Once arrived, marked as NEW, these glasses are clearly USED, PRE-OWNED with scratches on all 4 glasses. Well packed. NOT as described. NOT a good value. Seller no longer communicating; disappeared. We do not recommend this seller.

    Was never going to make this buyer happy, she was upset that the shipping was delayed and blamed it on insufficient postage which was not true. Every day escalated her anger and consequently the bad feedback. Thank goodness buyers like this are rare.
