The seller did put the rudder pedal box into a larger cardboard box to conceal the contents, but there wasn't any padding in either box, so the pedals were just kinda bouncing around loose in there. Fortunately, it's a durable product and there was no damage, but some crumpled up butcher's paper would have gone a long way.Follow-up from: 2***n- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.The product is defective. In spite of there being no external damage, the potentiometer for the rudder axis is either defective or installed incorrectly, leading to a permanent 30% input on one side. This cannot be fixed with Windows calibration or using the company's drivers.
