The ONLY negative thing to say is that the seller didn't include any details on the cooler, not even the name. It was an NH-U14S btw. I recommend you inspect listings CAREFULLY with this seller, and trust they will do their job to get it to you properly.

But it did arrive 2 days earlier than the "expected" delivery date. Other than that item was exactly described in listing and packed really well.
