    A great technology, with limitations.

    This product is indeed dated. It was the best technology that Apple could provide to it's clients with a backup solution that was also a combined network gateway. And it worked. The 2 TB drive is enough to keep all but the most adventurous photo and movie guy happy, and for most users it is easily the best of show. But it is dated technology, and we need to realize that. Some of the weaknesses are: 1. USB 2.0 for both drives and other devices (Printers). Now this isn't too bad when NAS drives are coming down, but for those who have better peripherals, this is a serious limitation. 2. Wireless is 2.4 and 5.0 GHZ. There is no upgrade path to other bandwidths . 3. EOL This product is End Of Support / End of Life with apple. Which means that support (Your drive dies) is the User Problem. ...

    get it while you can!!

    These things RULE!! Can't believe folks are sellin im so cheap way they are . Just guess two and three TB isn't enough for people anymore! Anyway I have had great success with these things! Easy to set up, easy to use! There's a nice little iphone app that allows you to control every aspect of the router and hard drive! You can fit one of those little usb flash drives in the USB port ona back it'll see it. It all sees my Hitachi hard drive when plugged up in that manner! it rocks! And it is COMPLETELY accessible. If ya don't know what that means don't bother your pretty little head about it! Get im while you can!! They ain't always gonna be around. I pick up im every time I see them on sale! You can CHAIN these things TOGETHER! Have your own private server Farm! HEH! Best from ...

    Great just Like other Apple products

    I totally love this product, I’ve been using those since a couple of years now and i never had a problem, i even upgraded the old ones to a bigger disk. I strongly recommend it to save all your memories and hard work, I have my backups in two units in case one goes bad
