    Comfortable and fits well.

    Very comfortable and stays in while I sleep. I could not even GET to sleep when I tried one of the boil and bite OTC products; it was just too big for my lips to close! So far this first one has lasted 3 weeks with minimal wear, but am not sure if I am truly a night grinder; YMMV.

    Worst mouth guard ever

    I don't like this product at all!! What I paid for one was insane! It was just a flimsy piece of whatever it is made of and doesn't stay in place at night at all! I really don't see how it protects anything so I had to throw it away and buy something worth my $$$. I grind my teeth every night and my teeth need to be protected. Anyway I ended up spending a little more money and got a custom kit. Honestly I don't even leave reviews but this thing was terrible.

    Bite Softly

    My dentist warned me about grinding my teeth and said i would need the expensive fitted mouth piece. But when i asked him if i used these and they kept my teeth apart while I slept, would they work. He said yes. Far cheaper and they are comfortable, small and when i loose it easy to replace.

    Hmmm

    I was expecting the guard would stay in place. I don't see the benefit of I have to chomp on it to keep it between my teeth.
