    Disappointing

    I purchased these to add more handsets to my existing Panasonic cordless which is of the exact same model number and works great. Unfortunately, only one of the five handsets I just purchased works.

    Great Performer!

    I bought this expandable, single-handset Panasonic phone system as a supplement to our other Panasonic system which cannot be expanded further. I love the bright white LCD display background as the black text shows very clearly. The illuminated keypad is another great feature which I appreciate. My existing system is older and lacks both. I bought it used, but you'd never guess from its condition! The sound I hear is crystal clear, and the people on the other end tell me it is very clear for them as well. You'll love the talking caller ID and the many menu options. It uses two easy to replace, low cost AA rechargeable batteries instead of expensive battery packs like my older Panasonic system.     What I like best about this system

    It is becoming increasingly difficult to find a cordless phone that can support a 2.5mm headset. I use a Plantronics headset for my work and I have to have a cordless phone that uses an actual headset jack, not just bluetooth. This system can definitely support a bluetooth, but the handsets have a 2.5 mm jack. Since mobile phones use a 3 mm jack, or are exclusively bluetooth, this makes finding a cordless really tough!
