    Noisy and slow

    Disappointed with this machine. It uses soft pods which are very difficult to find. A reusable pod holder does not exist for this machine. I use small filters to make my own. The crema is too light and disappears as soon as the coffee is brewed. The machine is noisy. The coffee taste is OK but not great. At times the pod holder plugs and it will not work at all. Initial set up of the machine requires that you prime it. If you don't, it won't work properly. I do not recommend this machine.

    Love this coffee!

    This coffee maker took a few tries to get the right combination of size and strength, but it was worth the effort. The pods are less expensive than k cups and are fully biodegradable. It is simple to make your own pods, just look at the YouTube demos to find the different methods. The brewer uses pressure similar to an espresso machine, so you get full bodied flavor from the grinds and a delightful crema layer. After spending time enjoying the coffee in Europe, I found this brewer to be perfect for my tastes.

    Don't buy

    I still ordered this after pondering many bad reviews, because the price was aggressive. I hoped have at least gotten a year's use out of it...sadly quit heating water after 7 days...maybe 10-15 cups of coffee. Luckily, I purchased the 3rd party warranty.
